Sales Executive 医疗器械认证部销售主任

Job Descriptions:
1. Meets and exceeds sales targets: generates order income and revenue from new and existing large / medium customers;
完成并超额完成销售目标:从新老客户中获得订单收入和收入;
2. Executes customer visits, visits industry events;
客户拜访,参加行业相关活动;
3. Develops the customer focus list together with the ASaM;
与ASaM一起制定客户关注列表;
4. Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts;
确定客户需求的解决方案,如有必要,请相关专家参与;
5. Generates new leads, converts assigned sales leads, acquires new customers;
发掘新的销售线索,转换已分配的销售线索,获取新客户;
6. Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits
通过定期的客户互动和拜访,维持/提高客户忠诚度,并锁定关键业务;
7. Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
与现有客户保持良好的关系,以提高服务组合的销售
8. Recovers lost customers.
恢复失去的客户
9. Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs.
根据客户需求,负责准时交付,质量及报价的跟进。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
学士学位或以上
2. At least 2 years sales experiences, Medical industry work experience is preferred.
2年以上销售经验,有医疗行业工作经验者优先
3. Good sales and communication skill.
好的销售和沟通技巧
4. Good Customer relationship management skill.
良好的客户关系管理技能
5. Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
