Job Descriptions:
1.As the main contact for customers, we have an in-depth understanding of
customer needs and provide relative services.
作为主要联系人,对客户需求有深入的了解,并提供相关服务。
2.Responsible for the formulation and execution of sales targets.
负责销售目标的制定和执行。
3. Develop and approach potential customers with existing services for
building products industry.
利用建筑产品行业的现有服务开发和接触潜在客户。
4. Develop and implement sales strategies for target industries (e.g.,
floorings, windows & doors, coatings, curtain walls, hardware, finishes, wood
panels, etc)
为目标行业(例如,地板、门窗、涂料、幕墙、五金、饰面、木板等)制定并实施销售策略。
5. Coordinate external and internal resources (e.g., partner labs, other
business fields within TUV Rheinland) to deliver the project and meet the
customer’s requirements.
协调外部和内部资源(例如,合作伙伴实验室、德国莱茵 T05V 的其他业务领域)以交付项目并满足客户的要求。
6. Organize and arrange necessary marketing events such as seminar,
certificate awarding ceremony, etc
组织和安排必要的营销活动,如研讨会、证书颁发仪式等
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in engineering, technology, business
or related field are preferred.
本科或以上学历,工程、技术、商业或相关专业优先。
2. Enough knowledge of construction industry including but not limited to
building products, engineering project, real estate maintenance and operation.
对建筑行业有足够的了解,包括但不限于建筑产品、工程项目、房地产维护和运营。
3. Relevant working experience in peer companies are preferred.
有同行公司相关工作经验者优先。
4. Strong business development capabilities with high self-motivated mentality
are preferred.
具有较强的业务拓展能力和高度的自我激励心态者优先。
5. Teamwork spirity is essential.
团队合作精神是必不可少的。
