Job Descriptions:
1.Handling customer’s enquiries, creating test plan and quoting, managing
project and review report.处理客户的咨询，制定测试计划，评估报价，管理项目和审查报告。
2.Providing the internal and external customer excellent services to achieve
the highest possible degree of customer
satisfaction.为内部和外部客户提供优良的服务，以达到尽可能高的客户满意度。
3.Quotation processing (Answering or forwarding enquiries, updating, obtaining
approvals in accordance with drawing guidelines, sending)跟进报价（回复客户的相关咨询，
更新报价并获得相关审批）
4.Support the product liens for project controlling with order creation in
compass, document preparing, sample handling, coordinating suborder, payment
monitoring, lead time controlling, files maintaining.管理相关项目包括订单创建， 文件准备，样品处理，
协调分包，监督付款情况，控制周期和文件维护。
5.Order maintenance/ order update, ensure timely completion of this project to
product quality, improve customer satisfaction.订单的维护和跟进， 保证项目能够按质按时完成， 提高客户满意度。
6.Support PEs daily work, cooperate within project team and other teams, and
improve lead time and efficiency.协助实验室的日常工作， 配合项目组和实验室提高效率，缩短测试周期。
7.Finishes additional tasks given by manager.完成上级安排的其他任务。

Job Requirements:
1.Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline. 相关专业本科.
2.Minimum professional experience: 3 years relevant working experience，with
experience working in Textile&footwear has top priority to
consider.3年以上相关工作经验,有纺织品鞋类相关工作经验优先考虑
3.Familiar with related physical & chemical test and legal requirement of
Textile&footwear. 熟悉相关纺织品鞋类物理化学测试项目和法规要求.
4.Command of English, Proficient in MS tools. 英语良好，熟练操作Office系统.
5.Good communication and presentation skill. 良好的沟通和表达能力.
6.Good team work spirit and customer service sense,strong sense of
responsibility.良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识，富有责任心
