Job Descriptions:
* Responsible for daily IT system maintenance, installing software and
hardware on user computer according to the company standards.负责日常IT

* Identify and resolve issues with users' daily office equipment, computer
software, etc.发现并解决用户日常办公设备，电脑软件等出现的故障。
* Timely understanding and responding to user needs, troubleshooting via
phone communication and on-site assistance.
及时了解并响应用户需求，通过电话沟通和到用户端（本公司内）等方式进行故障排除
* Conduct routine checks on users' computer systems, promptly update
firmware, and manage and maintain assets.对用户电脑系统进行常规检查，及时更新固件，并做好日常资产管理和维护工作。
Job Requirements:
* Major in computer-related fields or basic knowledge in computers, at least
in the third year of university; familiar with fault detection and
troubleshooting of office equipment and computer software.计算机相关专业，或有计算机相关基础知识，大3
以上，熟悉日常办公设备和电脑软件的故障检测及排除。
* Familiar with windows operating systems, understanding of installation,
configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software and peripherals,
as well as debugging and fault resolution of email clients (Outlook).
熟悉主流操作系统，了解常见办公软件和外设的安装，配置，排障，以及邮件客户端（outlook）的调试及故障解决。
* Possess good professional qualities, comply with the company's rules and
regulations, and follow the management requirements of superiors.
具备良好的职业素质，遵守公司各项规章制度，服从上级管理要求
* Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
具备基本的英语听，说，读，写能力
* Experience in IT service part-time work is preferred. 有IT服务兼职经验者优先。
