Job Descriptions:
1.与业务联络人(如各部门负责人)、项目经理等相关方沟通,收集业务需求;
Communicate with business contacts (e.g., department heads) and project managers to gather business requirements.
2.对需求进行分析与梳理,明确需求优先级,并协助制定实施排期计划。
Analyze and organize requirements, prioritize them, and assist in creating implementation schedules.
3.根据业务需求目标,创建高质量的交互设计原型(使用Axure、Visio等工具);
Create high-quality interaction design prototypes based on business objectives (using tools like Axure, Visio, etc.).
4.协助产品团队优化系统设计方案,关注用户体验及可实施性。
Assist the product team in optimizing system design plans with a focus on user experience and feasibility.
5.编制全面、详细、标准化的需求文档,包括但不限于业务流程图、功能说明书、用例文档等;
Prepare comprehensive, detailed, and standardized requirements documents, including but not limited to business process diagrams, functional specifications, and use case documents.
6.定期更新文档,确保与实际项目进度及变更一致。
Regularly update documents to ensure alignment with actual project progress and changes.
7.主动与研发、测试团队沟通和宣导需求内容,确保正确、全面理解需求;
Proactively communicate and explain requirements to R&D and testing teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding.
8.协助研发过程中对需求问题的解析,并及时处理需求变更或调整。
Assist in resolving requirement-related issues during development and handle requirement modifications or adjustments promptly.
10.与测试团队协作,制定符合度测试计划,开展功能性符合验证;
Collaborate with the testing team to develop conformity test plans and perform functional validation.
11.支持用户验收测试(UAT),总结用户反馈并跟进问题处理。
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), summarize user feedback, and follow up on issue resolution.
12.参与系统上线发布管理,协助用户完成发布当天的验证工作;
Participate in system release management and assist users in completing on-the-day verification tasks.
13.与相关团队保持联动,确保发布顺利进行并解决突发问题。
Maintain coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth releases and resolve any unexpected issues.
14.撰写系统培训材料,组织用户培训会,确保用户熟练掌握新功能及系统操作;
Create system training materials and organize user training sessions to ensure users master new functions and system operations.
15.提供日常的系统支持与问题答疑,收集用户建议以优化系统。
Provide daily system support and issue resolution, while collecting user suggestions for system optimization.
16.协助排查生产环境中的问题,跟踪解决方案并及时反馈;
Assist in identifying issues in the production environment, track solutions, and provide timely feedback.
17.为用户提供专业的业务支持与咨询服务。
Provide professional business support and consulting services to users.
18.配合完成上级交办的其他工作任务;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
19.协助产品经理,项目经理推进项目进展,确保项目整体目标达成。
Assist product Owner, project managers in progressing projects to ensure overall project goals are met.
Job Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,计算机、信息管理、软件工程或相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
2.5年以上需求分析或业务支持相关工作经验,熟悉需求分析与管理流程;
At least 5 years of experience in requirements analysis or business support, familiar with requirements analysis and management processes.
3.有软件开发生命周期(SDLC)知识者优先。
Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
4.熟练使用原型设计工具(如Axure、Visio、Balsamiq等);
Proficient in using prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Visio, Balsamiq, etc.).
5.基本理解数据库查询语言(如SQL)或系统架构设计者优先;
Basic understanding of database query languages (e.g., SQL) or system architecture design is a plus.
6.熟悉MS Office工具(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
Familiar with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7.英文听说读写流利,能用于日常工作沟通及文档编写(必须项)。
Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and able to use it for daily communication and document preparation (Mandatory).
8.逻辑思维强,优异的组织协调能力;
Strong logical thinking and excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
9.具备出色的文档编写与表达能力;
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
10.善于跨职能团队合作,能有效推进多方达成一致目标。
Adept at cross-functional team collaboration and promoting consensus among stakeholders.
11.具有高度责任感,注重细节,乐于学习与接受挑战;
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to face challenges.
12.具有较强的客户服务意识,能承受项目高峰压力。
Possesses strong customer service awareness and the ability to handle pressure during project peaks.
